Conference Location

Km 19.8 Route Nationale Tangier-Asilah, Tangier 90010, Morocco

The conference center is attached directly to the hotel lobby, to the right of the main reception entrance. On-site signage will guide you in.

Conference Check-In

Have your registration QR code and photo ID ready at the desk. Student registrations also need a student ID.

Keep your badge on you at all times at the hotel and venue. Reprints incur a fee.

Hotel Transfers

Conference shuttles are provided from the Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Center. Guests of the Hilton Tanger City Center and Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Center should meet in front of the Hilton Garden Inn, where the shuttle stages.

Attendees who are not staying at a Hilton property may also use the buses departing from the Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Center for the remaining conference days. Non-Hilton attendee buses depart for the conference at 7:00 AM and return from the conference venue at 6:00 PM.

Drop-off and pick-up at Al Houara is at the conference entrance, beside the main hotel drive. For other times, reception at any Hilton property can call a taxi — arrange ahead when possible, especially for early or late trips.

Getting Around Tangier

• Petit taxis for short trips inside the city.
• Grand taxis for longer trips, shared or private.
• Careem and InDrive are the common ride-hailing apps.
• Uber does not operate in Morocco.
• Cash is often required, and taxis typically don't provide receipts.

Hilton reception can help call or arrange transport. Schedule ahead when possible.

Coffee breaks and lunch are provided — see the schedule for timing. Additional dining on site:

Held during lunch on May 2, 3, and 4 in the Tingis Room, second floor above registration.
