Important announcement for accepted papers: AISTATS does not allow submissions or accepted papers to be published in another archival venue. Workshops without proceedings are not considered archival venues for this purpose. Authors who wish to publish the same version of their accepted paper in a journal must withdraw it from the AISTATS proceedings.

Congratulations to the paper award winners for AISTATS 2026!

• Best Paper Award: “EventFlow: Forecasting Temporal Point Processes with Flow Matching” by Gavin Kerrigan, Kai Nelson, and Padhraic Smyth

• Best Student Paper Award: “We Still Don’t Understand High-Dimensional Bayesian Optimization” by Colin Doumont, Donney Fan, Natalie Maus, Jacob Gardner, Henry Moss, and Geoff Pleiss

• Test of Time Award: “Non-stochastic Best Arm Identification and Hyperparameter Optimization” by Kevin Jamieson and Ameet Talwalkar

• The above award talks will happen in a separate session on Sunday (Day 2), 11:30-12:30 local time. 

• Test of Time Award, Honorable Mention: "Deep Kernel Learning" by Andrew Gordon Wilson, Zhiting Hu, Ruslan Salakhutdinov, and Eric P. Xing
