Registration Instructions

Getting Started
  • Update your profile. Password must be at least 9 characters if creating a new profile.
  • To add additional information to your registration receipt, see this invoice FAQ page.
  • Student ID required for student discount. See eligibility details.
Open to Recruitment? If you are interested in being recruited by a sponsor, see Section 6 below.
Required: You must agree to the Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy to complete registration.

Either Login to an existing profile

  • Your registration receipt and QR code will be delivered to the email listed below
  • Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
  • Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.

Affiliation

Student pricing is for anyone who is a full-time student at an accredited institution. You may need to present a valid student ID when you check in at the conference. Have your student ID ready to present.

Non-Academic pricing is for anyone whose expenses are being reimbursed by a non-academic institution or company.

We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.

Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.

Hotel Booking information.  The conference will take place entirely at the host hotel.
